The Set Los Feliz — Accessibility

Statement date: September 30, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use thesetlf.com (the “Site”). This statement covers the Site operated by Tigranandlavrent LLC for The Set Los Feliz. For access at the store itself, see Physical access on our Visit page.

1. Our goal

We design and test the Site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is our working standard, not a claim of certification or full conformance. Some of the testing described below has not yet been completed.

2. Accessibility features

• A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
• Navigation, the age question and the questions on the Visit page work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
• On smaller screens, the Escape key closes the navigation menu and returns focus to its button.
• In our testing, pages fit a screen 320 CSS pixels wide, including with text enlarged to 200%, without scrolling sideways. The table in the Privacy Policy scrolls within its own panel.
• Photographs have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages are built with headings, landmarks and labeled navigation.
• The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and this statement can be read without answering the age question.

3. How we tested

Testing took place in September 2026, before the Site’s public launch.

• Automated checks with axe-core 4.13.0 (WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA, WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.2 AA rules), in the Chromium browser at screen widths of 1440, 768, 390 and 320 pixels, were run on September 30, 2026 on every page of the Site, including this statement. They reported no violations.
• Keyboard checks of the skip link, navigation, the age question and page controls.
• Checks of 200% text enlargement and 320-pixel reflow.

Automated tools do not find every barrier, so we also rely on feedback from people who use the Site.

4. Known limitations

• Testing with screen readers, such as VoiceOver, and on a physical iPhone in Safari has not yet been completed.
• The age question requires JavaScript. If JavaScript is turned off, store pages show an explanation instead of their content. The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and this statement remain available.
• Directions links open Google Maps, a separate service. We have not tested its accessibility.
• “Shop” links open our menu on Weedmaps, a separate service, in a new tab. We have not tested its accessibility.
